Due to the current coronavirus pandemic, we have made a number of changes to ensure that we operate with the health and safety of our staff and clients as priority, as well as keeping in line with the guidelines set out by the government. This includes:

  • Staff will wear a new set of disposable gloves for each client.
  • Staff will wear a mask and visor when carrying all treatments.
  • Customers are now required to wear a mask throughout their entire time inside the salon. This included in the seating area whilst waiting as well as during their treatment apart from where necessary to remove them to carry out a service such as beard trims, facials, upper lip or chin laser, etc. 3-ply surgical masks may be purchased in salon if required.
  • Antibacterial hand gel and/or wipes will be available at all stations and in all rooms. Antibacterial handwash and disposable towels will also be available at the wash basin, kitchen and bathroom and we encourage you to use these upon arrival.
  • Additional sanitisation will be carried out after each appointment. This is will include disinfecting all tools including scissors, clippers, combs and guards as well as chairs, gowns and surfaces.
  • Reception seating will be reduced and only customers that have a booked appointment will be allowed into the salon, except for a parent attending with their child or a carer accompanying an individual with a disability.
  • If you arrive with any symptoms including a cough, temperature or other cold or flu like symptoms, you will not be treated under any circumstance and your appointment will be rearranged to a minimum of 2 weeks later.
  • Payments and bookings will be taken at the station or room where your treatment is carried out and no longer at the reception desk in order to avoid congestion and a breakdown of social distancing.
